Vision Cages

One Piece HDPE Shell

The Vision Cages’ long service life is due to our high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic shell.

HDPE is a super strong, inert material with a very high melting point and exceptional chemical resistance.

Each Vision Cage is a single piece of this strong, dense plastic. There are no seams or joints, they never break apart, leak fluids, or weaken over time.

Tempered Glass Doors

Vision Cages come standard with (2) tempered glass doors.

We use tempered glass because it’s impact-resistant, shatter-resistant, and much stronger than normal glass of the same thickness. Plus, if tempered glass breaks, it breaks into small granular pieces instead of large, jagged shards.

Don’t want a glass door? Get powder-coated wire doors instead!

Anodized Aluminum Tracks

The doors are set in a molded anodized aluminum track on the top and bottom of the opening.

The anodized aluminum doesn’t create much friction, maintains a solid lock on the door, and will never rust, no matter how humid the reptile enclosure gets.

Perforated Aluminum Vents

The vent and light openings in the cage shell are covered with a perforated aluminum sheet. The small holes in the sheet allow light, heat, and UVB penetration while maintaining humidity and temperature.

Perforated aluminum covers are more durable than wire covers and can easily hold the weight of a heater or light fixture.

Background Images

We offer standard and premium background images, custom-cut for each Vision Cage. These nature-centric backgrounds add depth and a more realistic atmosphere to your pet’s home.

Each image is printed on a durable PVC sheet. The sheet is tear-resistant, rip-resistant, and non-ingestible, making it safe for any reptile.
