We are now taking pre-orders for the Vision Rodent Versa-Rack series. Initial orders are estimated to start shipping in 7-9 weeks – subject to change with order volume and other factors. Orders will be generally filled on a first come first serve basis based on the date payment in full and signed terms have been received for the fully configured order.

Build your breeding rack with up to (4) sections. You may include Vision Tubs or choose a Rack-Only option.

Important! One set of adjustable feet or casters are required to complete assembly of the rack.

  • Adjustable Feet add approx .75" - 1.5" to the overall height.
  • Casters add approx 2.875" to the overall height.

Protect your tubs from sliding out with tub stops and side guides. Front and back stops attach to the front and back of the food tray. Adjustable side guides attach to the outer ends. Please select your components and their quantities below.

Provide fresh clean water for your rodents with a Rodent Watering system.

This complete watering system package includes enough tubing to connect one water valve to each tub, enough tee fittings for each level connection and water valve connection, one stainless steel water valve per tub, one shut off valve, one in-line screen filter, and one 5-gallon rodent watering tank with one quick connect bulkhead fitting pre-installed.

The rodent watering package is custom configured for your selected rack.

Rodent Versa-Rack and Vision Tubs

You’ll start building your rack above by selecting 1 to 4 multi-level sections. For each section, you may choose any of the following Vision Tubs:

V-18 Tub

  • 3.5″H x 18″L x 7.375″W
  • 6 tubs per level, 3 levels per section

V-35-S Tub

  • 3.5″H x 20″L x 15″W
  • 3 tubs per level, 3 levels per section

V-20-S Tub (Coming Soon)

  • 3.5″H x 20″L x 7.375″W

Expandable Versa-Rack Sections

Say you get a 1-section Versa-Rack for a few rodents (casters or feet required). After some time, your collection grows, and you need more space.

Instead of buying a whole new rack, simply return to this page and order new sections (without casters or feet). Once received, you can assemble and connect the new levels to your current rack, just as you did with the previous section.

 

Strong Shelf Materials

Stainless Steel Food Troughs

Each feeding trough is a single piece of stamped stainless steel, much stronger than often-used welded wire shelves. Unlike welded wire, our stainless steel shelves don’t rust or deteriorate over time.

Our proprietary hole pattern in the shelf optimizes strength, airflow, and food access. It’s also designed for our watering systems, providing easy installation and protection against chewing.

ABS Tub Supports

The tubs rest on aluminum-reinforced ABS bars. These lightweight tub support shelves are preassembled for easy installation and provide a strong base for each Vision Tub.

 

Reliable Watering Systems

Gravity-Fed Reservoir

This watering system features a 5-gallon jug placed on top of the rack, flexible tubing, and connected nozzles that protrude into the tubs.

Water Bottle Nozzles

We offer nozzle stoppers and specially designed bottle holders that latch onto the side of the food trays. Just slide the holder into position, connect a nozzle stopper to a bottle, and slide the bottle onto the holder!

Water Bottle Nozzle Stopper Size

  • 22mm Stopper: Fits most standard water and soda bottles ranging from 12oz to 1 liter.
  • 30mm Stopper: Fits most Gatorade and Powerade bottles, as well as juice and 12oz to 1 liter plastic milk bottles.
  • 34mm Stopper: Fits larger glass milk bottles and most plastic and glass Snapple bottles.
