Terms and Conditions
Tradeshow orders are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders must be placed by phone. Online orders not eligible. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST. If your call is outside of business hours, please leave a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
This offer is scheduled to end at 11:59 pm on April 10, 2026, but may conclude earlier if our truck is full. Only Vision-branded products are eligible. Please contact us for more details on product eligibility.
Orders can be picked up at the Reptile Expo on either day. We will contact you before the trade show dates to schedule a pickup time. A photo ID is required at the time of pick-up.
Returns are subject to the customer shipping back and a restocking fee. If you cannot pick up your order at the show, shipping charges will apply for delivery to your door.
